It opens quick, which I like, and the lock up feels solid every time I use it. A little simple thing, but good it works

I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while, so I was excited to get this knife. It works fine and I still like a lot about their stuff, but this one was a little disappointing. The edges felt rough, the blade centering was slightly off, and there were a couple small gaps in the handle. For the price, I expected it to feel more dialed in. I’m not ready to write the brand off or anything, but this one didn’t quite live up to what I’ve come to expect from them

I’ve been putting my Emerson through some real use at work and on camping trips, and it’s handled everything REALLY well. The edge has stayed sharp, the lock feels nice and solid, and nothing has loosened up so far. i’m super happy with it.

I ordered a specific knife model and ended up receiving a different one, which made me feel a bit misled. The weird part is the packing slip showed the correct order, so I have no idea how the wrong item got packed. I emailed about it, but it took days to get a response and it still hasn’t been fixed. Frustrating experience.

I sent it in for warranty repair and waited weeks, but nothing really got fixed and I didn’t get much help along the way. if this is how support is going to be, I’m probably going to take my business somewhere else next time

The site has a decent look and it does fit the whole knife vibe, but some pages feel old school and a little too busy. I also got a bit frustrated waiting around for certain pages to load, which made the experience feel less smooth. It’s not bad overall, just feels like it could use a cleaner, more updated layout.

The steel feels decent enough. Nothing amazing, but it works.

The shipping was actually really fast, faster than I expected. I just wish the whole ordering/tracking process didn’t take so much effort on my end.

Took it out of the box and the blade was already dull. I assumed right away it was either a bad batch or just poor quality because it wouldn’t cut cleanly at all

I was actually happy with the range of Emerson knives they had listed. Most of the popular models were there, and it was easy to compare them without jumping around too much. At the same time, I wouldn’t say it was perfect, because a few of the exact colors and versions I wanted were out of stock.
It was kind of annoying having to come back and check again later, but weirdly, it still felt better than some other knife sites I looked at. So I’m a bit torn, the stock situation could definitely be improved, but overall I had a decent experience and would probably use them again

The edge stayed sharp longer than I expected. I kept waiting for it to start feeling dull, but it just kept doing its thing. No real complaints from me. I was actually using it while trying to tidy up the garage, which somehow turned into me finding a box of old phone chargers for devices I don’t even own anymore, so that was a whole side quest. Anyway, the edge holds up good

The knife itself is solid and it does look really nice. I’ve bought a few knives over the years, and this one works fine, but for the price I expected a little more. Shipping added to the cost too, so by the time it arrived, the total felt steep. It’s not a bad knife at all, I’m just not completely convinced it’s worth what they’re charging compared to others I’ve owned.

I’ve been using this knife for a bit now, mostly for opening boxes and random stuff around the garage, and it feels really solid overall. The blade locks up nice and tight, and the handle has a sturdy feel without being awkward to hold. Mine did have a couple small rough edges when I first took it out of the box, kind of caught my thumb while I was sitting at the kitchen table messing with it, but it wasn’t anything serious. After a little use, it doesn’t really bother me. For the price, I’m happy with it so far.

I don’t know, this thing just doesn’t feel right in my hand. The handle starts getting uncomfortable quick, so using it for more than a few minutes is kind of annoying

I reached out with a question and they did get back to me, but it took longer than I was hoping. Once they replied, they were nice and actually helpful, so that part was fine. Based on this experience, I’d say their support is probably decent overall, just not the fastest. Not a bad experience, but not amazing either.
